is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and Drama (London) and
The Edinburgh College of Speech and Drama.He has worked in TV, film,
theatre and radio for over 40 years in the UK, Australia and China. John
enjoys excellent health; he is a disciplined and alert worker and can be
relied upon to give exact and imaginative performances.
He is currently taking lessons in Chinese, but in the meantime, his
wife accompanies him on location shooting to provide translations where
necessary. Since arriving in China in November 2003 John has played a
variety of roles in TV series and films. These include:
